This lower deck add on has been specifically built to suit the LH Evening Star Houseboat.
It extends the lower deck and has stairs which give easier access to the upper deck.

Works Well with One Caveat
This works great, IF you have a houseboat that's on a 'rectangle' plot. If yours is horizontal and square, the deck will clip into the nearest pier by default. It's simple enough to modify it to be a deck that sits sideways instead of in front, but it's the one thing you might have to look out for.

perfect idea for this houseboat model
Just what I needed. The ladders to get up on the deck from the original build are not user friendly. This took care of it and also gave me much needed deck room. Great customer service response as well.
