= WHAT IN THIS BOX
You will find 5 boxes and a rezzer

1. the Tea House and the Rock Platform. (LI 86 - 53 + 33)
You will use the platform if you plan to rez the Tea house as a skybox only.
If you rez the tea house on the ground you may use the terrain properties to build your scene as you deem more appropriate.
A rezzer has been provided for your convenience. Using the rezzer, strictly follow these instructions:
A. Place the rezzer exactly in the center of your parcel
B. Change the height of the rezzer 20 meters above the point (parcel center) you wish to rez the tea house
C. Rez the tea house - click Finish - Delete the rezzer.
Now the hardest job is done. So have fun using the other boxes and furnish your Tea House.

2 Tea Set - Screen - Lounger (L.I. 6 - 2 - 3 each)
In this box you will find tables for your guests and the outside loungers

3. The Lantern box (L.I. 6 Each)

4. Dishes Central Table (L.I. 1 each)
In the center of the tea house , you may set a central table with several dishes full of food

5. Dock Stuff Extra (L.I. 1 each)
If you plan to use the dock with a boat, you may use ropes and fenders in this box

You need a full parcel 64 times 64 meters to rez this tea house.

= INSTRUCTIONS and CONSIDERATIONS
Using all provided decorations (see pictures), Land Impact will be around 185 (if you use the pictures as reference). Everything depends on what you use
Watch the provided pictures before rezzing.
If you rez on land, you may avoid to rez the rock platform, since you may use your terrain tool to have a very good looking effect. In addition you may unlink and delete the sea
After all this, you may have fun furnishing your Tea House. as you prefer.
