THIS AD BOARD HAS A STATUS BAR THAT CHANGES ITS COLOR TO DISPLAY THE STATUS OF THE TENANT (ONLINE/OFFLINE/BUSY) OR, IF UNRENTED, THE STATUS OF THE PANEL (DISABLED/RENTABLE/RESERVED/LOCKED).

The Owner Can:
- Configure lots of parameters through the configuration notecard;
- Configure the rental period: the users will be able to rent it for a day, a week, a month, a customized period chosen by the owner;
- Set the price for the rental and choose how many pay buttons will be available when the client will choose to pay the board;
- Choose to refund the tenants if they terminate early their rental;
- Enable and disable independently the notifications about the new rentals and the expiries;
- Set the AD Board to be available only for group members;
- Allow the users to extend their rental period by paying again the board;
- Allow the board to create a slideshow with the textures loaded by the tenant (and specify how often the board will change the displayed texture);
- Set how many textures, notecards, landmarks and objects (up to 5 of all kinds) the AD Board will be able to receive from its tenant;
- Allow the tenants to load a sound file to be played when a client touches the board;
- Allow the tenants to load their own group, so that the clients will be able to see its details and join it;
- Allow the tenants to load the URL of their internet site, so that the clients will be able to visit it;
- Set the textures to be displayed when the board is unrented and when it is rented but still not loaded.
- Choose up to 5 avatars to be managers of the AD Board;
- Split the rental fee with up to 5 other avatars (and choose a different percentage for each avatar);
- Reserve AD Board for an avatar (permanently or just once);
- Lock the board so that nobody will be able to rent it;
- Terminate a rental;
- Give bonus time to the tenants;
- Inspect the content of a rented board;
- Get information about the tenant, the rental and the board in general;
- Change quickly the size of the board by choosing between 4 preset sizes: S, M, L, XL (or stretch manually the panel while in Edit mode);
- Reset the scripts to solve the problems of the AD Board;
The tenants can:
- Touch an unrented board to see information on popup and to get an info notecard (the notecard is customizable by the owner);
- Load up to 5 textures, 5 notecards, 5 landmarks, 5 objects, 1 sound (only notecards, landmarks and objects will be given to the clients, the textures will be used create a slideshow on the panel and the sound will be played when a client touches the board);
- Load their own group, so that those who click on the board will be able to see its profile (and join it, if allowed by the founder);
- Load the URL of their internet site, so that the clients will be able to visit it;
- Name the loaded objects with any name;
- Change the status bar of the board, by choosing their status: online, offline, busy (but the board can also check their online/offline status and change automatically the bar);
- Get in touch easily with the potential clients: if somebody touches the board, the tenant will receive a notification with 2 links to open the profile of the client and to get a teleport to the location of the board;
- Disable the notifications from the AD Board.
The Managers can:
- Inspect the content of the board;
- Terminate the rental;
- Give bonus time to the tenants;
- Receive a percentage of the rental fees.
- Everything is copyable;
- The AD Board is also modifiable to allow the owner to change its dimension (scripts are only copiable);
- Each AD Board is just 1 prim;

The best on the market.
At the risk of doing a feature request on a review, I am going to say it: *gasp*. I'd prefer if the board didn't say "to advertise your product or services" when there could be potentially a ton of more uses if it didn't presume it's for *advertising*... Such as a dating board, social networking, competition entry, such as "upload your photo for a competition" and it's displayed on the board... Or just saying a general hello to the land owner even. I don't know. I'm sure it works for most uses, but it would be nice to be able to edit the menu text or remove it...
As an aboard, there's nothing better than this. For what it's made for, it is the one to beat, and the updates ALWAYS make it even better. (Love the pairable social links HUD, too.)
I love this boards, but with one caveat.
I can't say enough that it makes sense this is the standard board you see in use everywhere. It's served me well for over a year. However....
...you can't extract the scripts and safely drop them into a new mesh. Finding one that has the right number of faces is easy enough, but the script's llSetPrimitiveParamsFast command also forces the rotation and offsets. That means the display prim will always have a repeat >1, which will show as extra bits of the texture showing both when not rented and rented. Controlling this in the menu would be a game changer. If I could control that, I'd give a 5 star review, but -1 for the scripts not being portable to other objects cleanly similarly to how the tipjars can.

A truly amazing product!
If you are looking for an ad board this is the one you need and eventually will buy. I tried to go cheap in the past and it did nothing but waste a lot of L$ and give me headaches. I must say that this is one of my best purchasing decisions so far. The instructions and setup are very clear and easy to follow. The boards are mod so you can make different sizes too.
Regarding customer service, I can't speak to that as this was so drop dead easy and the product works so, never had the need or opportunity to contact the maker; perfect!
If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend that you purchase this product.
