Each of my builds come into creation first for my personal use or as contracted work. I do not build with the purpose of resale so each build is unique and not a cookie cutter prefab modified from the last build to have a new unit to add to the collection. I hope you enjoy your new purchase.
The Garage / shop:
I did this building to use as my bike shop. I both build bikes here and display bikes for sale. I also sell biker close so I needed extra space for display. It is one floor, the doors are all static for looks only as I am opne 24/7 and dont want to close them. I put in some great lighting that shows off your work well even at night.
This build is about 20 x 40 and 90 prims. As always its Mod, Copy , No Transfer.
