Former industrial facility. 40X32X17 feet of surface. Designed on the basis of a central nave with auxiliary units. Stairs, offices and shops adjoining. Besides a large patio to the driveway.
It is equipped with automated systems. Opening and closing doors, centralized system of lights, windows, ceiling fan. All these regulatory controls and changeable.
It consists of 142 prims in its basic version.
(Big reduction of prims desember 2012 from 210 to 142
