Designed for least lag or impact, it actually reduces it's activity as the sim slows, then picks up again after it recovers.
Simply wear it, click to turn it off or back on if you desire.
It comes set to the bottom right corner of your HUD, but you may attach it wherever you desire and move it around via edit. Less clutter and more convenient than the ctrl-shift-1 stats bar!
(If it's offscreen, edit another hud item, hold alt and zoom out your HUD.)
Also may be dropped in-world if you like and the object is modifiable. :-)

It is just a small box what changes colors and shows the percentage.
