Tredpro Richland House
The Tredpro Richland home is a Victorian styled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with multiple floors and an attic. The house features plenty of room to put things yet a small enough footprint that it can easily fit on a 1024m parcel. The house is ONLY 42 prims when rezzed (51 including the extra furniture) and has doors built in. The house comes with a number of textures for a variety of styles and all can be changed easily from the controller located near the front door.
Footprint 26m x 18m

- High detail mesh construction
- Low texture use (low lag)
- Easy to setup
- Multiple Textures for inside and out
So-so.
The house is very roomy and comfortable - this is an advantage. The disadvantage is the vague textures of the interior, but the main thing that spoils the house is the changing outlines of windows and doors with a slight removal of camera focus.
Cozy
This is nice and cozy for a great price. The only reaso. I don't give it all them stars is that the faces of the house are a bit bonkers. It's not easy to mod to desire in wallpaper and flooring. Selecting the face floor in the first mainroom also selects the face of the cieling. Selecting the walls also takes some of the kitchen. Which is a downside.
The textures that you can change between by clicking the door locking is nice, but I wish I could have chosen room to room. Otherwise I really love this house. Not oversized or to weird planing. It's a great price.
