The Cadmus Modern Cabin is a brick building suitable for urban or suburban environments - we include both gray and red brick finishes - in a half-arch style, with wood and plaster drywall interior, a stone finish fireplace built into the stairwell, and an upper level loft area. We include both Left and Right mirrored versions - use them individually or as a set! Plus, the Duo model includes both Left and Right models attached with dual level walkways and doors for easy access and an instant full sized home! Footprint is 13.2 meters by 17.5 meters for either Left or Right model, and 29.2 x 17.5 meters for the Duo model, and Land Impact is 33 for the Left/Right models and 76 for the Duo model.
