While my kitchen set is no modify, it is copiable so if something happens, you can set out another copy. Please note a few things about this Corner Breakfast Nook and Table:

-It is 17 prims
-It is a puzzle box! The table and benches are not linked to each other. Make sure to grab all the pieces if you want them to stay at the current positioning
-The benches have a few random sit poseballs on them.
