This simplistic note-card-configurable device detects specific avatars and reports their presence or absence in binary format. (1 or 0, True or False).
Range: Parcel.
Report Target: Configurable (Link, Listener broadcast, Listener direct).
I also included the script I use most with the system (A script which changes glow intensity based on user presence).
