1) The construction is Modifiable except the scripts and sitting anim.
2) for Default size you will need a minimum space of 32X 28 included Alley
or 24X24 for only used the main house ( easy manage it)
Land Impact
The Land Impact is multichoosed according of what you wanna use or not. it is equiped with almost all needed furnitures which are mostly sculpties or meshes, full animations with a bed contains 600 animations
