How to:
1)Activate the gesture Wolf
2)Wear the WereWolf Babbler(It will go on the TOP HUD Slot,but it will be at the top right)
3)To activate the Babbler push the symbol and start talking
4)Talking via the device is made by this way:

Example:
"/wolf Let me eat you!"
Output in channel: Your Name: Let me eat you!
Open Chat: Your Name: Non setar nemad nimes set tos
