Jacket is given in 5 standard sizes
On need to wear alpha mask (2 included) just use the one better for you
I include an under top as gift (not mesh)

use:

wear the jacket for your size body
wear an alpha mask
wear the top (optional)

note: depending of your breast size you may observe some problems, this can be corrected with a higher size of jacket or adjusting the high/down size of your breast to 21 as minimum (this last option recommended).
