About the building
This particular house was based on the famous prefab "Wallace Creek" designed by Marmol Radziner. Through his inspiration I decided to make a winter beach house for SL and applied his ideology of privacy, transparency and nature friendly.

Components:
Bedroom (shelves, lights and wardrobe)
Living room (TV shelves and top light)
Hall (fireplace)
Landscaping (two palmer trees, wood planks and a rectangular vase)

Features:
Lockable doors, tinting windows system and fireplace control.

Important observation:
Please note that the mega prims included in this package are just positioner helpers in order to adjust the limits of the structure in your land. This building fits better within a terraformed land because of its multiple levels. (For instance, the front part/stone wall is on ground zero)
