This is a pretty decent texture. Just ignore the previous comment, the individual is complaining about spending L$9...let that sink in for a second. I've taken away as a star because, I feel the light is not necessary and makes modification a bit odder, but it works well for 9L. It ain't bad and could be a good texture to have in your library.

light ruins repeat adjustments.
Make sure you pay attention to the fact that this texture comes with a light fixture painted on to it. If you try to scale the repeats to realistic proportions, you will end up with really small too many light fixtures, which looks silly.
