iBuild Prefab - Beach Villa

Large beach villa fits on 2500 sq 2 floors glass windows with tint system, door can be locked. (windows & Door from NDE)
High quality texture from "Texture R US" stone walls on outside and premium texture on inside. Working fireplace and chimney click chimney on outside to get smoke effect on/off.

Windows can be controlled by using remote inside house or by clicking on each individual.

NDE Doors:

Close On/Close Off -- Turns 'auto-close' on and off.

Lock/Unlock -- Locks and Unlocks the door. NO ONE can open a locked door.

Notify On/Notify Off -- Sends notice via IM to door owner on use/attempted use. ONLY the door owner can set this option

Speak/Silent -- The door either speaks greeting or does not. Custom greetings can be typed in the door's "Description" box. A default greeting plays otherwise.

Private/All -- Switch between Private-list Use and Public-Access. For more detail, see 'Group On/Group Off' and 'Add/Delete/List' in 'advanced' options.

Slide/Swing -- Switch the door between sliding open and swinging open.
