better to get the teeth with alpha from DT or free ones the cuts are small mostlt towards the top part only :/
SImple and efficient.
This is clearly not reinventing SL avatars as we know it but it does what it's supposed to and it does it well, also it saves me from having to make it myself, which takes time.
A suggestion would be that there should be some kind of middle ground between number 4 and 5.

Works exactly as advertised, and creates a really nice effect, at least with my AV's face settings. It's possible to wear multiple alphas at the same time w/Viewer 2/Firestorm/etc., so it's not a problem to combine this with an alpha for your shoes or what have you if you're using a newer viewer. You really can't go wrong, especially at the price.
Not for me
I like these guy's fun / work philosophy (you get a message in a note card) but I would not release a product like this. It works by creating a hole in your mouth so you can see your teeth. I just did not think it looked very good, maybe because of the shape and size of my mouth. I did not know this, but if you need to wear an alpha layer for anything else, say, your prim feet/shoes, then it will be thrown off. So if you have a certain type of mouth, don't mind looking like a chipmunk and don't need an alpha layer anywhere else, go for it I guess.
