The iML offer board allows avatars to make an offer on items you already have set for sale but are willing to negotiate on.
When an offer is made you can accept, decline, or counteroffer. At this time a note card is sent to the person who made the offer.
Great for breedable sims and small ranches alike.
Text is mesh so your viewer must be compatible.

Works as intended although I didn't care for the texture.
One complaint I would have is it doesn't remember previous offers; so if three people have made offers, it will forget all previous offers. (So if someone changes your mind you have no idea who else has previously made offers)
