So after having a rather... weird thing happening to my product which made it vanish and eat itself on the spot, i left a rather bad review, since i am not in favor of no copy/no mod, and that reminded me about the why. |D However, the costumer support was very nice which im not used to anymore, came to me rather quickly, replaced my copy despite my review and was very nice. So i have to give it a higher rating, since this is something that i did not encounter with a few VERY BIG companies, that for example flat out rejected any reply when i just friendly stated what was wrong with it. And while i do know no-copy items are difficult do replace (since i could make up got knows what) the treatment was not very friendly, while it here totally was. So i give this 4 stars to encourage that. |D And when you can actually use this, it *is* very neat as a prob.
