For your comfort, unpacking the house via a REZ BOX:
- select one of the box options at home with or without furniture,
- put the box on the surface (water or land),
- click on the box and choose «rez», your home will appear in seconds, for that would put the house in a comfortable position, in build mode-move you move just the box,
- «derezes» removes all

The door arch is invisible
I tried contacted the owner about this issue. One week and no reply.
The door arch is invisible. I tried 3 sandboxes and my home to check it right. No problems with rez box from my part.
