In here you will find houses and clothing as I work on them, that is why I call it designs because anything I design myself will be and can be found in my marketplace store. I will only have a marketplace store until business picks up and then I will open a store in world. If there is a house what you would like to see before purchase I will be more than happy to rez it out for you or any item you find in here for that matter except for clothing as all clothing will have appliers.

All items are none refundable unless I feel the reason for a refund is an exceptable one. Any and all items will be followed by the TOS guidelines. Please if I create an item that you can use in a build please do so. do not give away or sell the item individually.
