Refunds are usually possible with the following conditions:
1) The kitten must still be UNBORN.
2) The ID of the kitten must be the same as the ID on the Marketplace listed item sold.
3) The return must be sought within 7 days from the sale.

Please send a notecard to EnlightenedFaith (Resident) including:
- your SL user name
- your transaction history
- a LM where the kitten's box is set
