1/2 of the cost of custom work must be done up front, other half on delivery.
All custom work will be under contract.
Failure to pay will result in being reported to linden labs.
If you do not like the custom work I make, tell me, the initial cost will be refunded minus expenses (meaning 10 linden) and I will keep the work for sale in the shop.
