1) PLEASE, try a DEMO, because I do not offer refunds. Just because an item is rigged for a specific avatar doesn't mean that it can't have issues. If you're trying to wear them on avatars they are not made for it becomes even more important to try a demo before buying.

2) If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase or don't receive your item send a notecard.
