Customers are solely responsible for unpacking & rezzing purchases. Most Gacha Items are not equipped with unpacking script, so please rez out, open, then copy to inv.
Refunds will not be issued for misplaced, lost or mishandled products.
Send a notecard with any concerns to Tiafallyn Resident and we will address it in a timely manner.
