No Refunds as I sell Fish from 7 Seas Fishing. Contact me if there is an error and no delivery is made and I will check and if the delivery was a fail I will send the product or send a refund. It will be your choice. I plan on checking in on everything at least once a week as I am not around 24/7 and will have managers set up to handle things as well.
