All shapes come with one shape and style card that has detailed landmarks. The mesh head and body are not included.
Prices vary due to a couple reasons. One head shape, one body shape is cheapest. One head, multiple body shapes are more expensive. Exclusive, limited shapes will be the most expensive to keep them less circulated. These tend to be my personal shapes that I release.
