I am in the UK, and logged in SL about 10 hours most days. Weekend only about 5 hours. I am actually at the keyboard about half the time so often will be AFK. The best way to contact me is by notecard. You can IM me if I am online and if I am there I will respond. Obviously if I am AFK it may be a few hours before I see an IM, I may even get booted before I see the IM, so please understand if I do not get back to your IM. Notecards I will always get back to you ASAP.

If there is a delivery problem, which is the case with 10% of sales, send me a notecard with the sales information and I will resend the it. All my items are No Transfer, therefore I am happy to keep sending items to you if you tell me you don't have them. If you buy an item and decide you don't like it I will not refund. To get a refund you need to give back the item and the item is No Transfer,
