1. Everything should be sold Mod/copy no trans. If Received in a different permission set, Tell me and I'll send you a good copy.
2. If you loose your item or it's not delivered, please tell me, and show purchase info, or even ask me and I'll look it up myself and send you a new one.
3. If you would like modifications, or a special mod for someone else. Tell me and I'll happily work with you.
