As far as Products I build and sell, I make sure the customer is satisfied with their product and compromise to make them happy. This does not include giving my items away for free as they do take my time to build and I go over them thoroughly to ensure theres no mishaps as far as texturing or flaws. They may not be perfect and I can't say flawless but I do my best.
