Ocean Dock that can be used as a Deck as well .

Originally designed to be placed on the beach over the sand . To give a shadow kind of Effect (with shadows on , in Graphic settings), but can be used over water too .

Small size is 13 Land Impact , but will increase as Dock is resized larger . This Dock is resize only .
Can be resize to the following dimensions before land impact will increase above 13 .
X= 8.3 m
Y= 4.1 m
Z= 4.4 m
2 versions supplied . 1 with shorter railings that will allow for larger resizes and still have reasonable size railings .
