For as long as you own any of our arcade machines, we will support them. If the game breaks, we'll gladly trade you a fixed version or a comparable item for the life of the product. You are always entitled to trade-up to the latest revisions, free of charge. Barring situations that cannot be fixed, you're covered.
This is why our arcade machines are Transfer Only - to allow you to send them back for fixes and updates.
When you're lucky to get in touch with the creators elsewhere, we've been supporting our arcade machines since 2012 - Now *that* is customer service.

They actually work!
I've tried other game machines on SL and they didn't work, were kind of slow, not responsive, and just got annoying.
These look really good, they play the actual games and the attention to detail is really nice, they're a sensible size and have this nice immersive feel where you use the coin slot and player buttons to get going. You should probably buy them, also the guy who gets in touch when you've bought them is super helpful.

Are you tired of the Terrible Arcade cabinets with the Input lag and terribly out dated Cabinets,, Well then look no further, these cabinets are extremely well detailed, NEARLY lag free for inputs, and, you can play the games via your web browser for when SL is being a turd,.. as we all know it does.. so stop buying that terrible cabinets that everyone places out and refuses to use because theyre just bulky and hard to play.. and get yourself this set of cabinets, tons of hard to find games, lots of features no seen in any other systems, the most wonderful arcade for the True Cabinet Nerds out there like myself. Dont wait.. just buy it... every cabinet is a labor of love.. and it freakin shows.. Great job to the creator Will, i cant wait to see where the system continues to go.. i'll be watching you guys. :D keep up the amazing work

You cannot go wrong with this. Will is super friendly and helpful and always willing to listen to your issues and suggestions regarding the machines. He's never steered me wrong and even replaced a machine I lost (he found it under the bed apparently).... so, this is worth every Linden. You won't regret your purchase!!!
