The Mesh Zero Loft is an extremely Low Prim Skyhome for Starters, Beginners, or low-prim Junkies :) Once you freeze the building in position to get rid of the rezzing script, it will have ONLY 1 Prim Land impact.
No matter how huge you stretch it. It will stay on 1 Prim! + 2 for the 2 Teleporter, so 3 Prims at the maximum.

Does the job
A handy skybox that is indeed very low on prims. It's easy to rez and to use with the included teleporters. You even get a selection of views to chose from! I would recommend this product if you have to keep an eye on prim usage.
Nice Little Loft
I purchased one and modified it to fit on a 512sqm parcel. It still feels spacious, light and airy because of the textures Adora has used. I think this is a fantastic little loft for people who are prim conscious or just looking for a little place to get away from it all.

Well made and low prim. Taking a 0,5 stars down for view textures, they could be better. Love the copy/modify option though!
