The footprint is 25 x 16 meters. This usually fits perfectly on a 512 sq.m land. Please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 25 x 16 meters, because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.
► PRIMS: 27 Unfurnished - 52 Furnished
The building itself has exactly 25 Prims.
+ 2 Prims for the autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox).
52 Prim with all Furniture.
► PERMISSIONS: Copy and Modify / No Transfer
Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.
► PLEASE NOTE: This is a closed SKYBOX. That means the exterior is primarily PLAIN BLACK! You can get a FREE SKYBOX COVER in our In-World Store (If needed).

Does the job
A handy skybox that is indeed very low on prims. It's easy to rez and to use with the included teleporters. You even get a selection of views to chose from! I would recommend this product if you have to keep an eye on prim usage.
Nice Little Loft
I purchased one and modified it to fit on a 512sqm parcel. It still feels spacious, light and airy because of the textures Adora has used. I think this is a fantastic little loft for people who are prim conscious or just looking for a little place to get away from it all.

Well made and low prim. Taking a 0,5 stars down for view textures, they could be better. Love the copy/modify option though!
