Thank you for your purchase. This rustic house is 125 prims with doors and ladder (unlinked). The conservatory is an unlinked add on and is 14 prim. As an extra the fireplace c/w chimney, window boxes, basic teleporters and ivy are also included with your home. They are not linked to the house so they can be deleted easily to save on prim. The entire package with decor as shown in the photograph is 190 prims (Tps 2 prim, ivy & planters 35 prim, conservatory 14 prim, fireplace is 14 prim). The approximate footprint of the Kew house c/w conservatory is 26mx35m.

This house is Victorian rustic in style and perfect for any wooded or rustic setting. To set the house, rezz the Kew House rez box. To position and set the building use the rez box before saving and deleting the box. All doors, teleporters, chimney and decor will move with the building as long as you are using the rez box.

~ IMPORTANT~

After your building is set in place and stored, please type "/2 reset" in open chat to reset all door scripts. This will ensure that the doors will remain in their current location. If in the future you relocate your structure without the rez box, please remember to reset each door script individually as the reset script will only work on the initial setting (reset script is deleted once set).

The building, doors and teleporters are mod & copy so as to allow custom texturing of walls, doors, tps and colorization of windows. The teleporter scripts are no mod, but coordinates for the teleporters may be modified via notecard. Please only change these if you are familiar with the settings.

Don`t forget to lock your building in place once it is set so you do not accidentally delete it.
