A Victoria Sponge was the favorite sponge cake of Queen Victoria, and has since become a tried-and-true recipe for tea-time sponge cakes. Victoria Sponges are generally filled with jam, and are undecorated on the top, but our special recipe variation has fresh strawberries and whipped cream filling that takes the classic Victoria sponge to new heights.
It is also decorated on the top with more whipped cream, and strawberries dipped on dark chocolate, simply exquisite.
The ideal cake for birthdays, rezzdays, anniversaries, weddings or any special occasion. Ask for more decos or candles free of charge!
Each slice its exquisitely decorated with a little pice of chocolate, a chocolate swirl and some mint leaves.
Every guest that clicks on the cake will get the plate with the slice and a fork to eat it with a very graceful animation for eating it and enjoy it, unique and made only by us.
