This is one of CC's many non-rods.. Non-Rods are made to look like other things, and animate you to look like your doing something else. But are made to work with your 7Seas Invisible Pro Rod and trigger the sounds/effects when you cast for a fish!
This is an early make classic little non-rod weapon that shoots little temp dolls that bounce around and make weird sounds.

Fun Toy
Can be used as a weapon to shoot people with little dolls or as a prop during 7seas fishing with your Invisible rod. It makes it look like your shooting dolls around while your fishing. Doesnt work in no rez areas. Very funny toy like many of CC's items, love it!
