Cloud Seed: your weather generator:

The "cloud seed" is only 2 prim & generates all your localized weather (maximum effect coverage is about 10 X 10 X 4 m). The cloud's location and altitude can be easily adjusted by moving this seed. The cloud makes weather for you, responding to your HUD.
