By touching any other part of the stick you can set it to user ALL, or OWNER.

No.

WHERE IS THE HAND HELD VERSION?
The handheld camera is in the Contents of the object you have.
Right Click Edit > Contents tab > Drag & drop into your inventory.

WHY IS THERE AN INVISIBLE BALL AROUND THE HAND HELD CAMERA?
Its a lot easier to click on!
