This is a SINGLE (one prim) mesh object.

While it is mod for size, tinting and even adding your own texture, it is NOT modular. Hence no jittery seams which is what I was trying to avoid. This was not mapped for bricks so overall non-linear textures work best. If you use your own texture you WILL lose the shading that is on the original.

Two size are included in the pack and you can adjust either to the size of your plot.

The 23 meter version is the default size and is 31 land impact. The 64 meter version is 33 land impact.
