This Stable is small and mod (just not the scripts)
You can change the textures as you like, to match it your home, or even your Lindenhome, since the LandImpact is soooo small, you can have your horse or goats, or sheep - or whatever you fancy - with you all the time, even at home.
The fence next to the gate has single lean-animations. The gate has a nice sound and auto-close, so you can't miss closing it.
