Come ready for the party at the Bass and Beat Club!
Industrial Design and highly detailed, made to impress.
This is the unfurnished version but includes everything you see in the pictures.
Land impact is 988 prims.
Size 81M x 86M and 32M High.
Two levels and two private rooms.
Included;
Speakers, signs, electric boxes and panels, fire pipes, lights, generator, boxes, spools, barrels, graffiti art and rugs, electric cables with spark, steam and animated toxic water.
Doors are scripted and are set to auto see notecard included in the pack for instructions.
Comes packaged in a rez-faux box for easy setup.

The club has modify rights so you can change textures or build to whatever you like.

I am loving this, I wanted something mod I could add my own style to and this deff does the trick.
Still working on it, but thus far super happy. As a texture creator, I must say, what would be the icing for this build is having the textures bump mapped with spec layers, I'll I have to replace some textures, but other than that, its awesome. Super build at a great price! TY!☻
