Nice looking corner store in modern style,very low prim.
Nice detail and compatible with '4_Modern_shops',available on MP in my Shop.
Combined they're exellent to make an 'L' shaped design or a 'U' shaped design or even a full square design,ideal for a mall or shopping square. But obviously it's very nice as a stand alone as well.
Only 12 Prims for the whole structure,inclusive detail. Footprint is 21x21 meter.

Lovely little corner shop. Unique shape, not quite an L shape, but there is plenty of room inside. I also really like the added detectors placed towards the entrance, very unique. Simple and low-prim, this is a really good building for a great price.
