Includes two Full Permission scripts. Copy, Modify, Transfer.
One script goes in your receiving object.
One script goes to your applier button witch sends the texture to your object.

Now the script changes textures only the owners objects.
Previously was changing textures on all objects that listen to the selected channel.

Doesn't work
Tried using this to make an applier for an avatar mod I'm working on. Followed the instructions and everything, but it doesn't work at all.
