The creator was kind enough to show this to me in world while he was in the midst of setting up a new store, so 5 stars for the service alone.

The build itself is well made, beautifully textured and low land impact. It has a lot of plaforms for seating arrangements, I'm thoroughly in love with this. Thanks!
