i dont no whats going on theres a issue, both my basic and deluxe pack are the exact same thing.. i cant move my hair or put the rings it it.. i got the blooger pack i usually go to the store but even in the store it does the same thing please help me!

this hair is super cute. but there's this black mesh appearing on the edges, it's not really looking nice for pictures... i wish the hair wasn't doing that so i don't have to edit that much for my pictures.

i love this hair so much and wear it the most out of my MANY hairstyles! there is one thing that would make this hair the ultimate though and that is if the pony tail had the option to fall down the back and not just the sides, I don't know if this would ever be updated but I would really love that option from the creator :)
