(DS) Dart Dragon Kobold BOM Mod Version 2.1

If you are a fan of cute short and round kobolds look no further. I present to you the updated 2.0 version of my old kobold mod Chai from 4+ years ago!
This kit not only works with all the new parts provided in the newest v1.0.3 update for the ONA Snaggletooth Kobold Body, but will convert your body to the BOM system! (will only work with other BOM Kobold mods for this body!)
