I recently bought hair at the inworld store, so I can't review that one here, but I really like Teresa Firelight's hair. When I tried to buy the hair I wanted I got a different one. I tried again thinking I must have accidentally hit the wrong vendor, but I still got the other hair (fortunately, I like that one, too). I contacted Teresa and she refunded me the cost of the extra hair I bought, gave me the fatpack of the one I wanted, and fixed the errant vendor that very day. Kudos to her. :)
