Its just absolutely breathtaking. Magnificently build. I actually use it as a base for my house, with the actual structure on top. Since it's copy/mod, it lets you make changes without having to take unnecessary risks. (pulls out stones to make the pool bigger, removed the top part to make more room for a house... infinitely customizable.)
For 500L, you cant have any excuse to not own a copy of this piece of art.
