Gothic House made with new textures, 2 storey, with spiral staircase, front double door with snake textures, will fit 1024sq mts plots of land easily and fits some 512sq mts depending on shape, comes fully modifable/copy, make sure to rez in edit mode, door script may need reset after final positioning.

There is like 10m of what looks like a basement on the bottom of this thing. wth Some of the textures are nice...but overall it gets 3 stars.
